Academia Vitae's teaching staff comprises young, talented scholars and wise, experienced professors. They have a passion for their subjects, which they are eager to share with the student.

Academia Vitae Institute brings together people from the arts, sciences, trade and industry, government and politics to study and discuss important texts pertaining to culture, moral philosophy, literature, and the arts. Lectures by visiting scholars, artists and leaders in political, social and commercial life are important to the Academia Vitae experience.

Dean of Academia Vitae and professor of cultural economics (Erasmus University, Rotterdam), thinker in the field of art and culture, specialist in American issues.
Dr. Ruud Welten
Ruud Welten, PhD, (1962) teaches philosophy at Tilburg University and Academia Vitae. His thesis treats the phenomenologies of Emmanuel Levinas, Jean-Luc Marion and Michel Henry.
